Listed below are a few of the core principles, beliefs, and ideas upon which we run our business and treat our customers.
| 1 | If a customer is thirsty, hand them a cold Yuengling beer to drink while they shop. |
| 2 | Wrap every present with our signature "Murphy Bow," our famous presentation passed onto us by Patrick’s mother. Make the presentation as special as the reason for giving. |
| 3 | Handle repairs in a "timely" manner. After being in the jewelry business for almost 100 years, we like to think we have a grasp on time. |
| 4 | We aren't in the bakery business but we think it's "sweet" to bake homemade cookies everyday for our customers (Our favorites are snicker doodles!) |
| 5 | We’ve been here since 1913, and aren't going anywhere! We always want to be here for our customers. |
| 6 | Be green, and not just because our Irish name. Do anything we can to make the earth a better place. Travel between store locations in the most fuel efficient non-hybrid vehicle in the US: a Smart Car. |
